All of our perishable products cannot be returned or exchanged.  Our non-perishable goods can be exchanged or refunded unless the item has been customized.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The amount refunded is the wholesale amount.  Since we are a fundraising company our partners keep the profit earned for their organization.  



If you receive our frozen products as a gift there are no exchanges or returns.  This is a perishable product and cannot be returned.  If your product is defective a one time replacement will be given.

Shipping returns

Please do not ship the product back to us.  Due to the nature that our products are perishable we cannot accept returns.  If your product is not perishable please contact us for correct address to return item.  Contact us at info@legacy-fundraising.com
